Rates are  subject to 10% municipality tax and 10% service charge. Room rates are per room per night and are on room only basis for single and double. Free access to the Beach Resort fitness centre. Daily newspaper. Welcome drink on arrival.

Children / Room Occupancy Policy: Standard Rooms do not have any extra bed facility, Junior Suite & Executive Suite accommodate 2 adults & 2 Children below 12 yrs. or 3 adults, children below 12 yrs. stay free in the Suites, Adults breakfast Dhs 70/- per person per day. Children between 02 – 12 yrs. will be charged Dhs.35/- nett per child per day. Airport transfer Dhs 30/- per person per way.

Visa Arrangement :- Transit Visa Dhs 360/. N.B. Guest entering on Dubai Marine Beach Resort & Spa Visa must arrive and depart through Dubai International Airport and spend the duration of their stay in the Dubai Marine Beach Resort & Spa. No exception to these points will be entertained.
